Do you know a coach (or team manager/parent) in your community who has gone above and beyond trying to help their team raise money for ALS? Maybe they’ve planned a Buck-a-Puck shooting party or helped their team achieve their fundraising goals in a creative way?!

Well, we would like to thank your coach/manager/parent for all their hard work and dedication because we could not reach our million-dollar goal without their support!

All you have to do is fill out the form below, letting us know the name of your nominee and what they have done to help your team raise money. These coaches will be hand-picked to win amazing prizes like a Tesla weekend car rental or tickets to the Toronto Raptors game (and more)!
